UBB in Urdaneta

As students prepare to begin a new school year this June, the UBB Volunteers united to extend support to the children of PDLs (Persons Deprived of Liberty) who dream of pursuing their education. Through the donation of notebooks and other essential school supplies, they aim to help these students continue their studies and work toward a brighter future.

The fathers of these students express their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who was compassionate and generous, making it possible for their children to remain in school and pursue their dreams despite the challenges they face.

For the volunteers who tirelessly give their time, effort, and support, being part of this mission is a deeply meaningful and rewarding experience—one that brings hope, encouragement, and positive change to many lives.

The volunteers in Urdaneta remain steadfast in their commitment to serving and helping those in need, regardless of who they are or the circumstances they face in life. Through activities like this, they continue to be a channel of compassion, unity, and service to the community.

Above all, everything that is done is for the glory and greatness of God.

One of the PDLs who received school supplies shared how grateful he was for the work being done. He expressed that, despite their current situation, there are people willing to extend a helping hand and support inmates by providing things they would otherwise be unable to give to their children.

He also shared that, through this support, he is able to give something meaningful to his children as they return to school this June. He deeply appreciated the kindness, generosity, and care shown to them and thanked everyone involved for making a positive difference in their lives and in the lives of their families.
