The Sunday of God Heals Today Highlights
Pain can affect us in many ways—physically, emotionally, spiritually, and even financially. But when we only treat what is visible, we may overlook what is happening deep within.
Sometimes, the pain we carry in our souls—resentment, grudges, unforgiveness, and wounds from the past—can continue to affect our lives.
Today, at the Gathering of Faith and Miracles, we learned that healing is not only about what happens to the body. It begins within. When we choose to forgive those who have hurt us, release resentment, and surrender our lives to God, we make room for Him to work in us—and the true peace that the Lord Jesus promised takes place.
Just as Jesus healed people in the past, He still heals today.
People manifested their faith and chose to obey God's Word—and they experienced His healing power. Some received physical healing, but most importantly, they experienced healing in their souls.
The greatest miracle is not only a healed body, but a healed soul and a transformed life through the Holy Spirit.
