The Sunday of God Heals Today

“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.” — Hebrews 13:8

Faith is based on the certainty that God’s power has not changed. Just as the Lord Jesus healed the sick in the past and gave His disciples the authority to minister healing, He continues to work in the lives of those who believe.

This Sunday, September 13, will be the Sunday of God Heals Today—especially for those who are undergoing medical treatment, are sick, have health problems, or are struggling with mental health concerns.

It will be a day of faith and prayer for those who have been through many doctors, hospitals, and clinics; those facing serious or incurable diseases; and those who continue to suffer from illness.

“So you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you.” — Exodus 23:25

Testimony of healing through faith

“I was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer. My right breast was removed, and I underwent eight sessions of chemotherapy.

I was given a lot of medication and injections, and I simply followed what the doctors instructed me to do. But deep inside, I was afraid that I could die.

I couldn't sleep well because my mind was overwhelmed with anxiety and worries. I lost hope of living.

Until I was invited to the Universal Church. I continued attending even when I was bald because of the chemotherapy. I used my faith and brought a bottle of water to church every Sunday to have it blessed. I determined that it would be my medicine and declared God as my greatest Doctor. I drank the blessed water every day.

I witnessed in my own life that God is truly alive and that He can heal. Today, I am free from cancer. I am strong and I continue to serve God.” — Mila Regodon

Join us this Sunday at 10am, and bring a bottle of water to be blessed.  However, it’s not the water itself that performs miracles—it’s faith. The Blessed Water is a way to express your faith and trust in God. As you use it, pray and take action, believing that God’s power is at work.
