Life in Color

Depression is a deep feeling of sadness, despair, and hopelessness that can sadly lead some people to give up on life.
According to the Philippine Psychiatric Association (PPA), as of early 2025, an estimated 7 million to 12.5 million Filipinos have been diagnosed with different mental health conditions. Among the most common are anxiety and depression.
There are habits, negative thoughts, and struggles that can make a person feel tired, empty, and hopeless. After trying many times to change but still failing, they may begin to wonder if their life will ever get better.
But yes, a life that seems gray can have color again. Things can change. A new life is possible!
Have you felt like you are living a life without color? Here are some reasons that can make your life gray:
o Constant Sadness
o Abuse
o Feeling of Emptiness
