Few people understand the power of forgiveness and that is why there are people who stick with the grudges, base their lives on it, keep it under lock and key. They are proud about it, while it is really eating them up inside, like a cancer, which will be spreaded and only appears when it’s too late.
Forgiveness is not just to get rid of the evil of others but yours too. Forgiving is not a choice but an obligation, unless you think you are greater than God. If He forgave you, who do you think you are not to forgive yourself? And if He has already forgiven your offenders (He even died for them) who do you think you are not to forgive them?
