Beat Depression: You are not alone!

On Saturday, April 11, the Beat Depression group went to the P. Tuazon traffic lights to share a message of hope with the people passing by. While vehicles were stopped, the group took the opportunity to distribute Beat Depression cards containing information on where people could reach out whenever they needed help.

The group aims to remind people that they are not alone in their struggles. Depression is a serious condition that can affect anyone, regardless of age, status, or location. If left unaddressed, it can lead to devastating consequences, even death.

Through this activity, the group sought to spread hope, encouragement, and awareness about the importance of seeking help during difficult times. The response from motorists and passengers was very positive. Many appreciated the encouraging messages written on the cards, which brought comfort and renewed hope to those who received them.
