Beat Depression: Exchange of Thoughts

On Saturday, May 23, the Beat Depression group went to Cyberpark in Araneta City to reach out to call center workers.

Many people who work in call centers experience depression due to work-related stress, family problems, and financial difficulties.

That day, the “Beat Depression” group brought a message of faith and hope, showing that it is possible to overcome depression.

Participants were asked to write down their negative thoughts and throw them into a trash can provided. In exchange, they received motivational messages meant to encourage and remind them that whatever they are going through, they can overcome it.

And a reminder to everyone: don’t let bad thoughts keep you from having a beautiful future. Replace them with thoughts that will help you grow!
