VYG NIGHT PHILIPPINES: FLIP THE SCRIPT

On Friday, April 24 at 11pm, the VYG across the Philippines gathered for the first VYG Night of the year at the Holy Ground.

Everyone was full of energy, and the different branches prepared performances to showcase their talents.

It was not only an enjoyable night, but also a blessed one, as everyone was given the opportunity to change their story—to flip the script and start a new beginning with God.

They learned from the example of the great Apostle Paul.

Paul (formerly Saul) thought he was doing the right thing—but he was completely wrong.

He believed he was serving God by persecuting Christians. He had authority, confidence, and a clear mission… but his direction was off.

Then everything changed when God revealed Himself to him. Paul surrendered his entire life.

One encounter can change everything.

It didn’t take years for his life to turn around. One real encounter with Jesus completely shifted his direction. His past did not cancel his purpose. After his transformation, Paul did not remain the same—his life, priorities, and mission all changed.

Paul’s story is proof that no life is too far gone to change.

If someone who once destroyed lives can become someone who builds them up, then change is possible—for anyone.

The real question is:

When the opportunity to change your life comes… will you take it?
