VYG Youth Rescue: Together as One!

Last Sunday’s VYG Hangout at the Holy Ground was filled with fun activities, music, and a powerful message from God’s Word. Most importantly, it was an opportunity for the young people who desired a deeper relationship with God.

Many young people search for happiness in the things the world offers. At first, these things may seem exciting and fulfilling, but like the prodigal son in Jesus’ parable, that path often leads to disappointment, emptiness, and pain.

The good news is that God never stops waiting for them. No matter how far they have wandered, His arms remain open. When they humble themselves, turn back to Him, and seek His presence, we discover the joy, peace, and purpose that can only be found in a relationship with Him.

People feel so much pain inside because they are separated from the One who created them. They were made to live in a close relationship with God, and their hearts will never be completely satisfied far from Him.

“That they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us…” John 17:21

Jesus’ desire is not simply for us to know about Him, but to be one with Him. He wants us to experience His love, His presence, and the fullness of life that comes from walking closely with Him.

No matter what pain, struggles, or emptiness you may be carrying today, Jesus is inviting you into a deeper relationship with Him. When we return to God and remain in His love, we find the true happiness and peace that our hearts have been searching for.

Jesus wants to be one with us. And in Him, we can truly be Together as One with God.
