The Sunday of God Heals Today in Paco

This past Sunday, September 13, was a powerful morning at the Universal Church in Paco, where the power of God was manifested and brought transformation.

Those facing physical pain, illness, or struggles in their souls were invited to the Altar. After receiving prayer and drinking the blessed water, many experienced relief and witnessed the power of the Word of God.

Several people who had been suffering from pain and had difficulty walking experienced relief after the prayer. One felt lighter, another was able to walk freely after days of pain, and another experienced freedom from foot pain after 10 years.

People also learned through the Word of God how to allow His peace to rule within them.

True peace is found in Jesus, not in our circumstances. When we surrender our hearts to God, His peace begins to govern our emotions, our decisions, and every area of our lives. It does not mean the absence of struggles, but having the assurance that Jesus is in control, even in the midst of difficult circumstances.

“These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” — John 16:33

It was also a moment of surrender, communion, and renewal through the Lord’s Supper. Everyone had the opportunity to draw closer to God and receive the peace that only He can give—a peace that the world cannot offer and that no circumstance can take away. When Jesus rules our hearts, His peace rules our lives.

“I witnessed with my own eyes how God brought healing to people who believed in Jesus. As His Word says, everything is possible for those who believe.

The message also spoke about the kind of peace that can only be found in Jesus. Not the peace that the world offers, which is temporary and dependent on money, success, comfort, and everything going our way. But a peace that remains even when life is difficult, when there are uncertainties, and when things are beyond our control. And I have this great joy because I have found that PEACE.” — Joana Quintero shared.
