The Sunday of Never Again in Antipolo

The Sunday of Never Again in Antipolo was a call to return to God. To never suffer again, one must turn away from wicked ways and return to Him.

“‘Now, therefore,’ says the Lord, ‘Turn to Me with all your heart, with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning.’” Joel 2:12

The people understood that many of the problems they face stem from being far from their Creator, even if they regularly attend church.

It is only through true repentance and a relationship with God that they can resolve the problems of the soul and receive guidance for their daily lives.

To have rivers of living water flowing within them, turning away from sin is the first step.

Merlyn, one of the attendees, shared how she came to understand the importance of calling upon God. She realized that only God can fulfill what is missing within us. On that day, she felt that God filled the emptiness within her, and as a result, she was filled with joy.
