The Sunday of a New Story Highlights

As we continue preparing for the Day of Pentecost, we received a timely and powerful message that helped people understand what is truly needed to receive the Holy Spirit.

We learned that to receive the Spirit of God, we must place Him first in every aspect of our lives, prioritizing His will above our own desires. Another important lesson was the need to “clean the house” — our hearts — removing anything impure, since the Holy Spirit dwells only in a sincere and pure heart.

We were also reminded that seeking God requires our all: spirit, mind, and body. When we give ourselves completely and show God our genuine desire to receive Him, He responds.

When the Holy Spirit comes into a person’s life, a new story begins. There is a clear difference between the “before” and “after” — a person can never remain the same.

And through the Lord’s Supper, revival and renewal took place. Surely, those who surrendered everything and gave their all received the greatest gift from God — the Holy Spirit.
