The Lord’s Supper, which was instituted by the Lord Jesus Himself, is a reminder of what He did on the cross and the price He had to pay for the salvation of our soul.
Thus, by participating in this ceremony, we decide to surrender our lives completely to God and embrace a new beginning.
Yesterday, the people from the Universal Church in Bacolod had this opportunity, and those who truly surrendered their lives to God took their first step toward a transformed life—a life guided by the Holy Spirit.
A person without the Holy Spirit does not have the strength to overcome the challenges and obstacles they face. Victory comes through faith, obedience, and the power of the Holy Spirit.
“It was a powerful message for me, for it was a reminder that the Holy Spirit is very important in our lives. We cannot overcome the struggles and temptations of this world by our own strength, but when we receive the Holy Spirit, we can remain strong in our faith, resist sin, and continue walking with God. We need to depend on the Holy Spirit every day and allow Him to lead our lives. When we allow the Holy Spirit to work in us, we can face every challenge with confidence, knowing that God is with us. The world may try to pull us away from God, but the Holy Spirit helps us stay on the right path and continue fighting the good fight of faith until the end!” — Aaliyah Lindain shared.
