Sunday of the End of Sorrows

ree

If there is medicine to heal some sicknesses, diseases, and pain, what can heal a soul that is in deep sorrow?

The body has remedies—herbs, tablets, treatments that mend wounds seen and unseen. But the soul, when heavy with grief, cannot be stitched with hands or cured with prescriptions. Its healing is rooted in things no pharmacy can offer.

Maybe you have been living with deep sorrow for years—carrying silent burdens that no one notices, moving through your days with a heaviness that feels hard to explain.

Maybe your heart has learned to hide its pain behind smiles, even though memories, losses, and unanswered questions still linger inside. Perhaps you’ve gone through times when hope felt far away, and the years passed with the same pain, the same desire for comfort, understanding, and purpose.

But what if I tell you that this can end?

“For I will turn their mourning to joy, will comfort them, and make them rejoice rather than sorrow.” Jeremiah 31:13

Join us this coming Sunday, December 7 at 10am, the day determined to end the sorrows you have inside.
