A Day to Remember: Sunday of Power – SILC Singapore

Many people attended this powerful event and were greatly blessed.

Life’s problems often leave people tired and desperate. Knowing this, the Lord Jesus said:

“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28

We know that nothing is impossible for God.

Many suffer because they follow the feelings of their hearts. As it is written:

“…a generation that did not set its heart aright, and whose spirit was not faithful to God.” Psalm 78:8

That is why it is essential to surrender our will and desires to God—giving Him our whole heart and soul.

“If you give yourself 100% to God, your life will never be the same. The Lord Jesus reigns in the hearts of those who obey Him. God’s will never fails, and those who live by it will not suffer,” explained Bishop Jean Paul.

During the meeting, many sought the Holy Spirit and were spiritually renewed and revived. Without a doubt, salvation took place on this special day.

In addition, the church groups were blessed in their meeting, understanding the importance of discipleship.

Before doing the work of God, we must first become His work in this world. We are called to be examples, following the path to salvation:

Repentance

Water baptism

Baptism in the Holy Spirit

“The only thing that truly matters is your salvation—and that God may use you to save others,” emphasized Bishop Jean Paul.

We will continue going above and beyond to bring eternal salvation to those who are lost.
