Bible Study of the Kingdom of God in Hamamatsu, Japan

On Wednesday, June 17, we had the Bible study of the Kingdom of God in Hamamatsu, Japan with the presence of Bishop Jean Paul.

A direction was given to everyone: we need to listen to God’s voice, because our life is a result of the voice we choose to follow.

During the meeting, people also had the opportunity to decide to be guided by the Word of God and to allow His will to direct every step of their lives.

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.” Luke 4:18–19

The Holy Spirit’s purpose is to save us, so that we, too, may save others.

This verse reveals everything the Holy Spirit desires to do in us and through us. Therefore, a true surrender to God is essential—allowing the Lord Jesus to rule our lives—so that we may be instruments in His hands and witnesses to His character and power.

It was a night of learning, renewal, and salvation!
