Sunday of “It is Written” at the Simbahang Universal in Santiago

On Sunday, March 15, the service held at the Simbahang Universal in Santiago was a blessing. People learned that when they allow the Word of God to enter and transform their lives, its power does not stop with them, but it reaches their entire family. A person who is restored by God becomes an instrument of restoration for their household. But it always begins with one person who chooses to surrender their life to God.

Just as God chose Joshua to fight for and protect his family, He has chosen the people of Santiago to stand firm, to sanctify their homes, and to influence their loved ones through their faith and obedience.

Raquel’s testimony, one of the members of the Simbahang Universal in Santiago, showed how powerful God is. She shared how her faith transformed her life and impacted her family. She overcame depression, and today her family is in the presence of God.

Everyone had the opportunity to surrender their lives to God and take part in the Lord’s Supper, renewing their covenant with Him.

“In the message I could remember the goodness of God in my life. When I chose to obey the Word of God, everything started to change. Just like Moses obeyed the Lord when he led the Israelites out of Egypt, I also chose to follow God’s direction. Because of that obedience, my family was restored. After 13 years, my marriage became one again. My addiction to Korean telenovelas was gone, and God also healed me from depression. I truly believe that every time we obey the Word of God, it brings transformation and victory. Today I continue leading my family in prayer, sharing the Word of God, fasting, and seeking His direction. Like Joshua said, ‘As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.’ (Joshua 24:15), I believe that through the power of God’s Word; my whole family will continue serving the Lord.” - Maeliza Ocampo Padilha
