Sunday Highlight in Simbahang Universal Urdaneta

Yesterday, Sunday, the people learned about the 7 Signs of Spiritual Complacency. Everyone understood that spiritual complacency does not happen suddenly, but develops gradually in a person’s life.

“I clearly understood yesterday’s message because it was explained well by the servant of God. We were reminded that spiritual coldness comes when we become too comfortable in life—when there are no trials, no hardships, and no heavy burdens. We begin to believe that we can handle everything on our own, relying only on our own strength. This is where spiritual coldness starts. At times, we become too occupied with other things such as work, business, and family. These often become the reasons why our faith grows cold. Little by little, we drift away until we eventually lose our awareness of God’s presence.” Nellie Grajo shared.

Therefore, it is very important to guard and nurture one’s spiritual life. We must observe and pay close attention to these symptoms in order to prevent spiritual coldness and, ultimately, falling away from faith in God.
