"Our families had already experienced a chaotic life"

Before we came to the Simbahang Universal, since we were young, our families had already experienced a chaotic life—there were fights, addictions, and no peace in our homes.

Later on, when we got married, we also experienced the same situation in our own family. Our life was chaotic, without order, with constant fighting and addictions.

Then one day, a servant of God invited us. I came, prayed, and was invited to attend the services here at the Simbahang Universal. I continued attending until the day there was a special event called “My Family at the Foot of the Cross.”

I did not hesitate to invite my husband to come with me to the Simbahang Universal. Our lives began to change through the Word of God, as we learned to obey and apply it in our lives.

And thank God, both my husband and I were transformed through the Word of God.

From that moment, I continued attending the services together with my husband and our family.

Today, we are happy and at peace because we share the same faith. And until now, we continue serving God. -Angie Perez
