Night Angels in Novaliches
Many are those who pass along Quirino Highway, returning home after a long day of work. And despite all their efforts of going out to provide for their families, they often come back with little, barely enough to sustain their home.
Others walk by with nowhere to go, and without means to have a proper meal.
With this in mind, on Friday, October 16, the Night Angels’ volunteers from Novaliches dedicated their time to prepare a meal for those in need.
It was a rewarding evening, seeing the smile on people’s faces as they entered the church for the first time.
There, they did not only receive a meal, but most importantly, they also received a prayer and a word of faith to overcome their situation.
They also learned that having a prosperous life and good health starts with a prosperous soul.
As it says in 3 John 1:2 “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”
They were invited to invest in their soul by attending the weekly services at the church, where they will learn how to put their faith into practice.
In total, we welcomed 50 people and we look forward to continue the work of the Night Angels and reach out to help those in need.
