Hospital Visit at a Medical Center

Fear, pain, uncertainty, and financial worry—these are the burdens that people in the hospital bed feel. But while the doctors care for the body, the EVG aims to take care of their soul by praying for them, sharing a word of hope and reminding them that God is there to help them.

In line with this, the EVG Group conducted a Hospital Visitation at East Avenue Medical Center on Sunday afternoon, August 23. They went there with one purpose: to serve, encourage, offer prayers, and share a word of faith and the hope that healing is possible for those who truly believe in the power of God.

The prayers were offered not only for the patients but also for their family members. They prayed for God to give them strength, comfort, peace, and certainty during this difficult time.

“The Hospital Visit is very important and helpful, especially for those who are seriously sick and for their families. Most of the people we met are desperate, have already lost hope, and are in a difficult situation, not knowing what to do anymore. That’s why the EVG group was there for them. I saw how each volunteer showed compassion and care to the patients and their families. Everyone was willing to give their time to those who are in need. We offered prayers, shared our testimonies of healing, and shared the Word of God, reminding them that they can use their faith and that God can work in their lives.” — Aloha Tan, one of the volunteers shared.
