Night Angels: Bringing Hope to the Streets of Aurora and Edsa

When night falls and the city grows quiet, many people are left alone with their struggles, sleeping on sidewalks, under bridges, or along busy roads. This is where the mission of the Night Angels begins.

Last Friday, December 19, the Night Angels team went to Aurora and Edsa, where many individuals and families are found struggling, people who are hurting, tired, and often forgotten.

Our purpose is simple but powerful: to remind them that they matter and that God has never forgotten them.

The Night Angels’ aim is not only to give food, but to pass hope, kindness, and courage.

We frequently visit the people in Aurora and Edsa, building relationships and showing them that they are not forgotten by us, but especially by God.

The people we met welcomed us with gratitude and openness. Many expressed thankfulness for the food, and accepted our prayers.

One volunteer shared:

“My experience right now is joyful because many people accepted the prayer, and I saw they received hope. They responded positively, saying that they will come to church on Sunday.”

- Helen Santos"

Through this outreach project, we reminded everyone we met of one powerful truth:

God never forgets His people. No matter how difficult life becomes, God wants to reach out to them, even in the streets at night.

The Night Angels mission continues, being compassionate, serving with love, and bringing hope where it is needed most.
