My life was a cycle of pain and illness.

It began with an operation on my right ovary, but just a year later, a tumor appeared in my left ovary. The weight of the disease brought me to a depression, sadness, and anger.

I struggled to pay for my treatments alone. My sister in Hong Kong supported me with alternative medicine as long as she could, but with monthly costs reaching ₱45,000, it became impossible for her to continue. She began to invite me to the Simbahang Universal and said that it was the only place where I could change my life. She was fasting and anointing my photo every night just for me to go near to God and ask His help.

At first, I ignored her. I was angry at my siblings and consumed by doubt. My health worsened until I could no longer walk a few steps because of the size of the tumor in my stomach. Having lost all hope and running out of medicine, I finally decided to step into the Simbahang Universal to seek for help.

The moment I entered, I felt an immediate sense of enlightenment and peace. I began a chain of prayer. I gave up my herbal medicines and walked in faith, praying, "Lord, if You heal me, I will give my life to You." I received the Blessed Oil and used for anointing. My fear of being alone vanished because I knew the Lord was with me.

In March 2025, I underwent my second surgery and it was successful. To my surprise, the tumor was not cancerous. Even when faced with a high hospital bill, I didn't worry because I knew God was my provider.

Today, I am not the person I used to be. The anger is gone; I have forgiven my siblings and I can finally sleep in peace. God has given me new strength and filled me with His Holy Spirit. Now, I am healed, truly happy and I use my life to help other people use their faith and receive transformation also. Imee Marie Durian
