Master, I Brought You My Son

Many mothers experience grief when they see their children lost to addiction, depression, or rebellion. Some shed tears for their children while facing problems that seem impossible to solve.

This Sunday, May 10, will be the Mother’s day—an opportunity for all mothers to turn to God, the only One who can bring solutions to their problems and remove their burdens.

Mothers are invited to come and bring their children to receive the anointing of protection and a special prayer.

“Then one of the crowd answered and said, ‘Teacher, I brought You my son, who has a mute spirit.’” Mark 9:17

Just like the father directly sought help from the Lord Jesus, you can also come to the Altar, to seek a total transformation for your children, to place them in God’s hands and trust that He will change and protect them.

In a similar way, children are also encouraged to invite their mothers, or those they consider as mothers. Even in His moment of pain on the cross, the Lord Jesus entrusted the care of His mother, Mary, to His disciple John (John 19:26-27).

Sometimes, family members are physically present but spiritually distant. Therefore, this Sunday serves as a transformative milestone for those who want to place their home under God's protection.

Without a doubt, the persistence of those who do not give up on their family will find an answer at the Altar through this purpose of faith.
