When we arrived at the Simbahang Universal, our lives were chaotic. My husband was addicted to alcohol, he was always out with his friends, he was addicted to pornography, and he spent a lot of time playing online games.

Because of this, we were constantly fighting, and as a result, my children were often sick.

The worst thing that happened was when my youngest son developed a serious illness and needed medical treatment.

My mind was always troubled. I was always angry and in a bad mood. Sometimes I cried for no reason. I was suffering from depression, and I was very angry with my husband because of our situation.

But through the Word of God, I decided to start applying what I was hearing in the services to our lives. That was when I learned that if I placed my family at the Foot of the Cross, it would bring a great transformation.

And thank God, our family has completely transformed.

My husband is no longer addicted. Today, he has changed and now a man of God. Our relationship has improved—we communicate well with each other. My children are no longer suffering from the illnesses they used to have.
