"I suffered from insomnia"

I suffered from insomnia. Sometimes, I couldn't sleep for five days to a week. I would lie in bed from morning until night, keeping my room completely dark in the hope that I could fall asleep. However, nothing seemed to help.

I tried to tire myself out, thinking that if my body was exhausted, I would finally be able to sleep. But that didn't work either.

Eventually, I turned to alcohol as my only way to fall asleep. I would drink until I became drunk and dizzy, and that was the only way I could manage to sleep.

One day, I came to know the Universal Church. I began listening to the Word of God every day and attending the Friday services, believing that I could overcome my insomnia.

Through my faith, perseverance, and commitment to seeking God, I eventually found freedom from insomnia. I also overcame my addiction to alcohol.

Today, I have peace of mind and can sleep peacefully. I am truly grateful to God for the transformation in my life.
