"I even thought about taking my own life."

My life was in chaos, filled with problems I could not resolve. I was addicted to drugs and pornography. Inside I felt empty, full of jealousy and insecurities.

I was also suffering because of my son’s health problem, which affected us financially. He was having seizures, and I had to take him to the hospital and teach him how to take his medicine. This was very difficult for me as a mother.

My husband and I were always fighting because we had different opinions and desires in life. There came a point when I even thought about taking my own life.

Then, a co-worker invited me to attend the Universal Church. There, I learned about faith and I understood that I needed to seek God’s help. I used my faith for my son’s healing, and now he is healed. My husband, who used to oppose me, now understands my faith and has realized that only God can help us in everything.

I continued seeking the Spirit of God until I received the Holy Spirit.

Now, I have peace and joy within me. I have received the assurance of my salvation, and I thank God for this.
