"I came from a broken family..."

I came from a broken family, and because of that, I sought attention and acceptance from my friends. I used to do the same things they were doing.

I became addicted to pornography and gambling. Before, I was always being reported to our barangay because I often got involved in street fights. I pretended to be happy, but deep inside, I was not.

Until one day, I was invited to the Universal Church, where I learned the way to a true and meaningful life. I sought guidance on how to receive the Holy Spirit.

Eventually, I decided to let go of my old ways and the person I used to be. I gave up my addictions and freed myself from all the unhealthy attachments I had before. It was not easy, but I was willing to make sacrifices.

Then, I received God’s forgiveness, and through the Holy Spirit, my life was transformed. Now, I have peace and joy within me that I can share with others.
