How can we know if we truly have the Holy Spirit?

Many people spend years in church trying to find happiness in people or in material things, but nothing truly fulfills them because the Kingdom of God is not within them. They lack the Holy Spirit, and this has been the problem for many Christians.

In Matthew 4:8, Satan showed Jesus all the wealth, riches, and glory of this world to tempt Him to fall. If Satan did that to Jesus, he also does it to us. Satan wants people to worship him by worshiping the things of this world. Many even do wrong or desperate things just to gain possessions in this world. Accepting a job that requires lies or getting involved with someone who is already married because they are a provider are examples of bowing to Satan.

When we accept Satan’s offers, we are selling our soul and exchanging our place in heaven for small pieces of a world that will turn to ashes one day.

When God blesses us, His blessings do not come with compromises, because the blessings of God are pure.

You need to make a choice: either trust that God will provide for you no matter what, or accept the offers of this world.

But you cannot have both the kingdom of this world and the Kingdom of God. It is one or the other. If you choose the Kingdom of God, He will take care of you in this world. But if you choose the kingdom of this world, you will lose the Kingdom of God.

“From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, ‘Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.’” Matthew 4:17

Repent, be baptized in water, and receive the Holy Spirit. When you have the Holy Spirit, you have inner peace, joy, a clean conscience, and love for souls. Even when problems come, you have strength and you don’t lose your faith. You always have the desire to give and help others.

You will only be truly fulfilled when you have the Holy Spirit within you and the Kingdom of Heaven is inside you.
