On Good Friday, April 3, the great event “My Family at the Foot of the Cross” also took place in all Universal Church branches across the Philippines. Giving people the opportunity to surrender their family at the Foot of the Cross. Check out some highlights of our branches in Metro Manila.
Baclaran

At the event “My Family at the Foot of the Cross”, people arrived carrying problems, going through depression, worried with their family, but as they gave them up at the foot of the cross, the Holy Spirit gave them strength and peace when they returned home.

A true surrender allows us experience a piece of heaven here on earth, but what He desires most is for us to spend eternity with Him. Just as our Lord Jesus paid the price on the cross, we must also deny our will, take up our cross every day, and follow Him.
Surely, the lives of those who participated will never be the same. For the cross is not the end of the Holy Week, rather, it marks the beginning of a brand new life!
Divisoria

The people in Divisoria gathered at the Foot of the Cross. A place of blessing, victory, transformation, restoration and salvation of lives and families. At the foot of the cross, families were prayed for, burdens were surrendered, and many made the decision to place their lives and their will before God.

It was a moment of true agreement in faith. They also learned about God’s greatest promise - the Holy Spirit - which is the living proof that Jesus is alive and wants to dwell within each one of us. It was not just an event, it was a moment of unity, surrender, and encounter with God.
Novaliches

In Novaliches, many people gathered to surrender the problems in their lives and in their families at the Foot of the Cross, believing that God will deliver, transform and save them.

They also learned the meaning of being a true Christian. Which means doing what Jesus did; He denied Himself and He teaches us that if we want to follow Him, we must also deny our will daily in order to do what pleases Him and be filled with His Spirit.
t was a day where all witnessed the power of God in their lives, but above all, received the opportunity for salvation and a new life with Jesus.
Muntinlupa

The event “My family at the Foot of the Cross”, was truly a blessing. We had the opportunity to bring our family into God’s presence in prayer, at the foot of the cross. Everyone who attended learned something essential: every day we must say “no” to our own desires and “yes” to God’s will. This is the true meaning of denying ourselves and carrying our cross.
Paco

It was the day that Jesus said on the Cross, "IT IS FINISHED!" and as He said this, all our problems, hardships and unacceptable situations also finished.
As we surrendered our family at the Foot of the Cross, we received the victory in our home and the salvation of our family!
Marikina

The event was a powerful moment of faith, prayer, and complete surrender.
Families came together, voices were raised in prayer and many people laid their lives before God—trusting Him fully and placing everything in His hands. It was a day marked by unity and life-changing decisions. May every experience from this gathering continue to bear lasting fruit in each life and every home.
