Depression is a common mental health condition that affects how a person feels, thinks, and functions in daily life. It is more than just temporary sadness or having a bad day.
A person experiencing depression may feel sad, lost, hopeless, worthless, or overwhelmed by guilt. In some cases, suicidal thoughts may occur.
In response to this growing concern, the Help Project Philippines conducted activities across the country throughout the month of May to share hope, bring light, and inspire new beginnings.
These activities provided a safe space for individuals to seek support and spiritual guidance, speak openly about their struggles, and learn ways to overcome life's challenges.
Asking for help is not a sign of weakness—it is a sign of strength. No matter how difficult the battle or problem may seem, always remember that there is hope and that help is available.
