The Help Project team were honored to conduct a mental health awareness seminar at the Rodriguez Municipal Jail in Rizal. It was a safe place where the inmates could learn, reflect, and talk openly about mental health and emotional well-being.

No matter where a person is in life, healing is possible. The battles within the mind do not have to define the future. With awareness, support, and hope, everyone has the strength to take one step at a time toward a healthier and brighter tomorrow.

The Help Project team extend its gratitude to everyone who made this outreach possible and to all the participants who showed courage, openness, and resilience.

Together, we continue to break the stigma surrounding mental health—because every person matters, and every story deserves hope.
