EVG Group in Action

Updated: 13 minutes ago

As part of our ongoing mission to serve and share God’s love, the EVG group recently conducted a Hospital Visitation and Evangelism outreach at Quirino Memorial Hospital.

This meaningful activity allowed us to extend compassion, encouragement, and prayer to patients and their families who are facing difficult moments in their lives.

During our visit, we dedicated time going from room to room, gently reaching out to those who were open to prayer and conversation. Many patients are battling sickness, pain, and uncertainty, and in these moments, a simple prayer and a word of hope can bring great comfort.

We were blessed to listen to their stories, share God’s Word, and remind them that they are not alone.

Our main message was clear that only God is our healer. We prayed for physical healing, strength, and shared hope through the Word of God that says that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and that He also gives rest to those who call upon Him.

For some patients, the prayers brought tears; for others, smiles and renewed courage. Many expressed gratitude for being remembered and lifted up before God.

It was a privilege to share the hope that comes from knowing Jesus Christ. We encouraged patients to place their trust in God, especially during times when human strength and medical solutions feel limited. Through short conversations and gentle encouragement, we shared that true hope is found in God’s unfailing love and faithfulness.

This outreach reminded us that evangelism is not only about preaching, but about being present—offering a listening ear, a caring heart, and a prayer of faith. The hospital became a place not only of medical care, but also spiritual help, where God’s presence was felt through acts of kindness and compassion.
