Unisocial in Urdaneta

Last month, on August 29, the Universal Church in Urdaneta conducted a Unisocial outreach activity, providing assistance to families affected by flooding.
Continuous heavy rains caused flooding in several parts of the Philippines, including areas in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, particularly in barangays surrounding the church.
Everyone who attended received a food pack generously donated by church members. However, they received more than just physical assistance. They also heard the Word of God, bringing them encouragement and hope amid their difficulties.
Through the message, they learned that when we draw near to God and wholeheartedly put our faith in Him, we can rely on His help and guidance. They were also encouraged to remain strong in the midst of difficulties, not to worry, and to continue trusting in God.
Most importantly, they were taught to seek first the Kingdom of God and obey His will, trusting that He will provide everything they need.
One of the beneficiaries shared:
“Before, I was having difficulty breathing, but afterward, I felt so much better and lighter. Despite all the problems I am facing, I know that only Jesus can truly help me.”
The Unisocial outreach activity was a blessed and meaningful event. The beneficiaries left with not only physical assistance but also renewed hope and a stronger trust in God.
Mr. Delio Tavisora, one of the volunteers, also shared his experience during the event:
“Helping others and sharing our blessings brings a wonderful sense of joy and fulfillment. It is truly meaningful to be able to help those in need, especially because through these simple acts of kindness, we may also have the opportunity to help save a soul by sharing the Word of God with them.”
You can also be part of Unisocial and help those in need.
