If depression makes your days seem gray, this is the opportunity you need to start seeing life in a lighter, more colorful way: The Life in Color event.
This September: Life in Color event is promoted with the aim of combating the greatest evils of this century: depression and anxiety, which are primarily responsible for the increase in suicide cases worldwide.
In reference to Yellow September, a month dedicated to suicide awareness and prevention, we want to reinforce the importance of talking about mental health, welcoming those in need, and remembering that asking for help is an act of courage and self-love.
What you need to know:
Is there an emptiness inside you that seems impossible to fill? Has life lost its meaning and nothing gives you pleasure anymore? In addition, do you have constant worries about bad possibilities for the future?
If this is your case, this event proposes that you discover a new perspective and rediscover the joy of living. You are not alone. Together, we can illuminate the darkest paths and strengthen hope for better days.

I belong to a different religion; can I still participate?
Absolutely. Even though it is a Christian event, the UCKG HelpCentre does not discriminate in any form and everyone is welcome to attend the event and other daily meetings.
Can I bring someone with me? I still participate?
Yes, you are free to bring anyone with you.
Can I speak to someone now?
For sure, you are most welcome to call our helpline to speak with one of our advisors: +639199918307 or you can visit us at UCKG Building, Gen. Roxas Ave., Araneta City, Cubao, Q.C. from Monday to Sunday to talk to someone.
I have children, will anyone take care of them while I receive counselling or attend?
Yes, our experienced volunteers of our CBC (Children’s Biblical Centre) will take care of them in our dedicated space for children whilst you attend the meeting.
Do I have to pay anything?
No, all events and counselling are completely FREE of charge.
